Concentrate comes in aseptic pouches, and no hands touch the drink during preparation. Automatic cleaning runs every 2 weeks, and a technician checks the water lines and dispensing area every 3 months.
Concentrate is delivered automatically based on remaining levels. The admin page tells you when it is time to replace a pouch.
